PLAYER DEVELOPMENT SESSION
Player Development Session
Join us for a full skill development session!
Players will move through small group rotations learning alot of different techniques they can easily add to their game play throughout the session. We are super focused on delivering a high engagement level through the day.
Shooting: Circle movement, shifting defence out of the way, circle entry
Defence: Circle movement, deny and dictate space, Intercepting
Midcourt: Centre pass attack phases , Centre pass defence, Linking up down court, attack skills
