It is compulsory for all players to wear full Coolum Rep Uniform at all games, carnivals, State Age Events and if requested by the Rep Convenor or Manager.

Compulsory Uniform Items include: Playing Dress, Polo Shirt, Jacket or Hoodie, Bucket Hat, Socks (x2) and a Rain Jacket. The total price for compulsory items is approx $350.

Compulsory Training Uniform includes training singlet and black bottoms.

All NEW state players will receive an overnight bag, backpack, and training shirt compliments of our sponsors.

GAME Clothing is our representative uniform supplier. Uniform orders are completed via their portal.

Typically, there are a total of 4 one day carnivals that run between February and April for Seniors, followed by the Senior State Championships in April which is a 4-day event.

And a total of 5 one day carnivals that run between February and June for JUNIORS followed by the Junior State Championships in July which is a 4-day event.

Transport will be provided for most carnivals and transport and accommodation is provided for State Age and is included in fees.

All carnivals are compulsory.

All teams: A deposit is due upon acceptance into the squad and other installments throughout the rep season.

Once all Carnivals and State Age locations are confirmed we will be able to confirm the exact cost.

Training days for rep teams will be on Wednesday and Friday afternoons at the Coolum courts:

Juniors 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Seniors 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Every training session is compulsory - it’s extremely important for all Representative Teams to train as a team to ensure the best chance of success at all Carnivals and states.

1. A Nomination Fee of $50 must accompany the Nomination Form. Payment must be made to secure your spot for trial.

2. No representative clothing is to be worn at trials.

3. Players must attend ALL Dates for trials. Players must submit in writing a valid reason for non-attendance prior to trial dates.

4. Upon being selected to a Coolum Representative Squad a non-refundable deposit must be paid. Dates to follow.

5. All fees will then be paid monthly. Special circumstances can apply.

6. Squads will be notified by the Coolum Executive Committee via email and published on the Coolum website after receiving notification.

7. Once squads are named, players withdrawing without a valid reason, as determined by the Executive Committee, will not be entitled to any refunds and will be ineligible to trial for Coolum Representative Netball for a period of 12 months.

8. Please bring water bottles, sunscreen, and hats to the trials.

9. Failure to comply with any of the above terms and conditions will see a player ineligible for trial.
