HOW TO COMPLETE A TEAM NOMINATION USING NETBALLCONNECT
Follow the below steps to nominate your team
1. Log in to NetballConnect, if you do not currently have a profile create one as a New User
2. Select - Register
3. Select + New Team Registration OR if you have previously registered the team that you want to register. Select the existing team in your list of participants
4. Enter 4573 (Coolum postcode) and search Coolum District Netball Association in 'Organisation Name'
5. Select the Competition you are registering in (for example: S2 2024 Junior Competition)
6. Select relevant division you wish to register your team in (e.g. div 4) from the dropdown box, then Select 'Sign Up To Competition'
7. Enter your details as the 'person registering role', example, 'Manager' or 'Non playing Membership 2024 - Coach, there is no Netball Queensland charge to register as a coach or manager. Please make sure that you highlight this option so that you receive all communication throughout the season.
8. Fill in any required details, questions marked with a red asterisk must be answered.
9. Enter Team Details - Team Name
10. Adding team members.
You will need to check the box to select membership type (Player Membership 2024 - Player)
You will require the following details from each team member:
First Name
Last Name
Phone number OR email address
(Note: these details must be the details matching their netballconnect profiles)
Once each member is added select Next.
You can leave out team members and add them after your team registration has be submitted. However, your individual team members will not be able to register until you have added them to your team as they require a link to register. This link will be sent to either their mobile or email.
11. Fill in any required details, click Sign Up to Competition
12. Review and accept Terms and Conditions
13. Click on 'Continue’
14. Your order will be displayed scroll above (on app) to reveal the Submit button and submit.
If you have registered your team successfully you will receive an email from NetballConnect to confirm your team registration (please check your junk mail folder if not in your inbox). It will also list the team members you have added to the team, each of these team members will then be sent an automated link to register as individuals. You can add and remove team members at any time by accessing your team's details in your app profile.
